This notice explains how Intentional AI handles information submitted through this website.

Who we are

Intentional AI provides AI adoption and enablement training. For the purposes of UK GDPR, Intentional AI is the data controller for information submitted through this website. You can reach us at hello@intentionalai.co.uk.

What we collect

Only what you send us. When you use the enquiry form we collect:

• Your name
• Your work email address
• Your organisation, if you provide it
• Which programme you are interested in
• Whatever you write in the free-text field

We do not use tracking cookies, advertising pixels or third-party marketing scripts on this site.

Why we use it

To reply to your enquiry and, if it goes further, to scope and deliver a training engagement. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests: you contacted us about a service and we are responding. We do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not send marketing you have not asked for.

Who else sees it

Form submissions are handled by Netlify Forms, and email is hosted by IONOS. Both act as processors on our behalf and are covered by their own privacy terms. We do not sell or share your details with anyone else.

Site hosting is provided by Netlify. Standard server logs, including IP addresses, may be retained by the host for security and performance purposes.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not progress are deleted within 12 months. Where an engagement goes ahead, we keep the records needed for the engagement and for the legally required retention period afterwards.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we are using it. Email us and we will respond within one month. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Training engagements

Where a programme goes ahead, any organisational material shared with us for exercise design is used only to prepare and deliver that engagement, is not retained beyond it unless you ask us to, and is handled in line with your own acceptable-use and data-protection rules. We can sign an NDA before scoping.

Analytics

We do not currently use website analytics. If analytics are added later, this policy will be updated to explain what is collected, why it is collected, and whether cookies or consent are required.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page.
